I lost nearly 5 stone (68lbs) in my 40’s while battling early peri-menopause & thyroid disease. And kept it off. I used a keto diet to lose that weight, and now follow a Mediterranean keto diet, naturally low in carbs, to maintain. I’ll be sharing my years of experience & knowledge with hints & tips to make the lifestyle change simple and sustainable! Nobody wants to calorie count forever! I aim to publish the latest research and news about the Mediterranean diet, keto diet & low carb living. I might even throw in the odd recipe! With simple changes, you can achieve real results.
